Great place to go and have a weekend fishing, camping, boating. And of course fires.

Fishing is not really a option on this lake. Due to their numbers and only a few different species in the water makes it a difficult task. The Northern Camping area closest to the beach area has outhouses/Water hydrents/ Volleyball net and small playground but it's mostly for RVs. Which for those in tents makes getting a spot on a holiday weekend near impossible. The Southerner camping area has all the same Outhouses/Water hydrents/ Paved Boat Dock/Alot More space and shade. But no swimming, no beach and a 3.5 mile car ride around the lake to the swimming area. Has had a record of Blue allege with a 35mph boating speed which makes water sports difficult to perform.
